Property owners are encouraged to verify the property assessment data of their property each year, in order to help us ensure that all properties are assessed fairly and equitably.

The Assessors' Office is located at Town Hall, 41 South Main St., Randolph, MA 02368 on the first floor and can be reached by telephone at (781) 961-0906 or by fax at (781) 961-0908.

Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Please call ahead for holidays that may fall on a Monday to make sure that we may be able to assist you.

There is a counter terminal available to the public at the Town Hall, as well as printed books showing the property information on file.
